What Will You Do:
- Lead the research with the pilot Markets to take learnings and apply for a global launch.
- Partner with Operations Experience, Training and Business Unit Teams to understand needs for a global launch. Yum China Jobs Remote No Experience US
- Apply learnings to update pilot content so that it is appropriate for global launch and in an editable format so Markets can translate locally.
- Create a communication strategy so that the Business units and Markets can cascade the training tools down to all restaurants globally.
- Measure impact to ‘Connection’ scores to understand whether ‘Moments of Connection’ training has landed as expected.
- You will work with PH Global Experience & Operations Excellence Team, PH Global Training Team and Pilot Markets (Canada & Kuwait).
REQURED SKILLS:
- Strong influencing and communication skills of internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint & Word)
