The operator will respond to events in a timely manner, follow predefined procedures and manage events until resolution. This position will dispatch field personnel to locations and create work orders for tracking of event specific activities. The Control Room Operator through the use of SCADA and automation will help diagnose issues through interpretation of data and communicate these to appropriate staff members. The position will provide superior customer support to control room customers. Position takes direction from Control Room Supervisor and production management staff. The Control Room Operator solves a range of mid-level to difficult problems through diagnosis of data.
