The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work with VP of Sales & Team to set concrete strategies and milestones across all goals and initiatives.
- Work closely with our Contractor Experience & Distributor Champions to build out special programs & promotions.

- Aggressively drive results and set priorities with our critical vendors- web traffic/usage, social media, advertising, video production, graphic design projects, etc.
- Prepare effective marketing campaigns/programs to increase sales.
- Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- 5+ years of Marketing experience, preferably from the HVAC industry or similar products/target audience.
