Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring application releases are delivered seamlessly. Schedules, coordinates, and manages releases for multiple applications across the Bank. Partners with various stakeholders and management to advocate, implement, automate, and monitor all steps. Reviews application releases throughout their life cycle and identifies issues that would impact operational readiness of the application. Svb Financial Group Finance Tax US
Responsibilities
- Coordination – Coordinates work between different teams at different locations to ensure success. Manages relationships and associates involved in application releases. Tracks and manages important milestones to correlate necessary work towards time management goals. Validates with other stakeholders that lower environment buildout matches SDP design.
- Application Support – Implements methods to measure and monitor application release progress. Ensures releases are delivered on time and that they exceed expectations. Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality. Svb Financial Group Finance Tax US
- Communication – Communicates all key project plans, commitments, and changes clearly and effectively to associate teams. Conveys requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes.
- Release Review – Evaluates the status and success of application releases through a variety of methods. Conducts and leads reviews to determine release and business readiness. May assist management in evaluating team performance throughout release activities and operational readiness of the application. Svb Financial Group Finance Tax US
- Reporting – Enables strategic insight into business systems through reports to senior management. Evaluates systems based on data analysis, user input, and extensive testing. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and develops process enhancements based on results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in Release Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Release Management Svb Financial Group Finance Tax US
