Job Summary
In the role Client Representative within our TTS Managed Solutions for Technology & Creative business development group, your responsibilities will be to reach out to prospects, customers, and clients through various mediums for the specific purpose of setting meetings for the TTS Managed Solutions business development group. The main responsibility of a Sales Representative is to schedule meetings for the business development teams related to the solutions we offer to prospects and clients. In this role, you will leverage a research-based methodology and data-driven analytical approach to determine what prospects to contact. In conjunction with your manager, you will develop specific pursuit tactics for industry sectors, sub sectors, and individual accounts. You will provide introductions for the business development team in your various modes of communication with prospects and clients. This role will report to a Managing Vice President, Business Development, who will provide overall direction regarding priorities, management to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, business development prospecting tactics, employee-related support, and performance coaching and feedback.
In this role you will be presenting high level value proposition messaging around ten specific technology solution segments, these include: Technology Risk and Resilience, Technology Strategy and Architecture, Security and Privacy, Software Services, Modern Workplace, Business Application Solutions, Enterprise Data and Analytics, Cloud, Emerging Technologies Group, and Digital. Your manager will work with you on each of the solutions we offer and demonstrate how to gain the attention of prospective buyers. You will use various methods to attract prospects including outbound calls, emails, and electronic marketing and research tools.
Credentials:
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business meetings through a diverse combination of telephone (calling), email (writing), and networking (interpersonal) skills
- Demonstrated history of providing highly qualified leads for business development teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and set meetings with decision makers
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking, research, and analysis capability
- Maintains the highest standards of operational excellence, setting an example for others
- Practices consistent behaviors emphasizing precision in their work environment while embracing a progress over perfection mindset, is able to discuss working examples of this

Required:
- Successful outbound business development meeting scheduling experience
- Setting 15 prospect meetings a week through your outreach
- High Volume outbound calling environment experience
- 50 or more outbound dials a day on average
- Expertise in using LinkedIn and email to develop prospects
- 50 or more LinkedIn outreaches per day on average, or
- 50 or more outbound emails a day to develop prospects on average
Qualifications:
- A cumulative of 5 years of professional work experience on resume, with a concentration of a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a lead generation specialist role
- Ability to consistently meet quotas and successfully work through a prospecting outreach process
- Documented professional business development training or coaching a plus
- Documented award-winning performance a plus
- Position may require travel, pursuant to company guidelines and all federal and local government guidelines in place at any point in time
- The typical salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000. The salary is negotiable depending on experience and geography. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
