We’re currently recruiting for a Transport Manager to be based in our new customer site in Wetherby. As part of this busy transport operation, you’ll ensure the timely and safe dispatch of drivers across.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to $60,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Management of Core Fleet Drivers & Subcontract Haulier drivers

- Deploys appropriate controls and procedures to effectively manage all aspects of customer service and communication

What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Previous experience within a transport / logistics organisation
- Experience of managing conflicting priorities in a fast moving environment
