Primary Responsibilities
- Participating APQP activities.
- Responsible process quality, including problem shooting and continuous improvement.
- Responsible customer complaints, including 0 kilometers issues and warranty issues.
- Communicating with customer for quality concerns.
- Responsible for audit from internal and external.
- Regularly quality reporting.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Competency & Qualification
- Bachelor or above with mechanical or related major.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in automotive quality management.
- Skillfully apply quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D report, 5 why
- Be familiar with IATF16949.
- Lean production experience is preferred.
- English can be workable language and good communication skills.
