Business Analyst Essential Functions*:
- Evaluate current-state business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement based on industry standards and user needs.
- Schedule, plan, and lead requirement gathering and review meetings.
- Convert business requirements to developer-friendly specifications.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Drive identification of detailed requirements analysis across business units and identify and document systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes and develop forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.

- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development, and perform user acceptance testing.
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, operations, engineering, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.
- Resolve issues in timely manner to keep team progressing towards project goals.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Business Analyst Position Requirements*:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in analytics and systems development capacity, data visualization, and development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
- Advanced technical skills, with highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a track record of following through on commitments with excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Established capabilities in project and user-testing management.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and shift focus as needed.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Competency of Industry 4.0 concepts and how they can used to benefit current manufacturing processes is preferred.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience with generating process documents and reports including the ability to give presentations on said generated information.
