- As a Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Vice President in the Compliance Team you will act as an independent second line of defence and challenge function to the business. You will be required to closely interact with the Line of Business and global/regional and functional CCOR teams and key stakeholders, including Global Technology, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance & Business Management and other Control functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifies operational risks inherent within technology across core technology functions and lines of businesses.

- Works proactively with the business to maintain, enhance and develop an effective control environment and supervisory program.
- Assists the team with reporting, metrics, project management and conducting operational risk assessments.

- Collaborates with business and other control functions to gather information and review responses to regulatory examinations, audits, investigations, inquiries, and other information requests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous experience in a financial institution or relevant organisation (such as a FinTech firm).
- Experience using a broad range of technologies used in the financial industry across the whole technology stack (compute, storage and network).
