What You’ll Do
- Assist with scheduling work for the shop
- Coordinate between detailing department and customers
- Dispatch freight for the shop
- Generate requisitions for orders and coordinate scheduling
- Schedule deliveries of fabricated product to job sites
- Assist with special projects and analytics of business needs
- Generate reports and respond to inquiries
- Maintain an effective and accurate records management system
- Sort and enter documents and data accurately into the system
