Job Summary
Corporate Accountant is responsible for all accounting related aspects of his/her assigned departments, and liaison between department executives and the accounting department.
Job Responsibilities
- All accounting related aspects of assigned departments (including accounting, outlook/budgeting, coding AP invoices)
- May also be accountable for maintaining and reconciling selected balance sheet accounts.
- Accurate, on-time, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare, summarize, and present accurate financial results and forecasts.

- Liaison (together with their manager) between department executives and the accounting department.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
- Follow legal policies as directed.
- All accounting related aspects of assigned departments (including accounting, outlook/budgeting, coding AP invoices)
Job Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of GAAP Accounting
- Basic knowledge of Oracle accounting software helpful
- 2 years accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
Skills
- Oracle eBusiness Suite
- Financial Analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate and present results to high level executives.
Education
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel BA/BS in Accounting or related field.
Base Pay Range:
$48,000 – $57,000 per year
