Essential Functions: The Process Engineer requires technical and interpersonal skills essential to teamwork. Major duties include but are not limited to:
- Utilize internal company and external training resources, become the subject matter expert on the departmental production processes.
- Determine root cause for departmental quality issues, identify and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues. Arconic Jobs Process Engineer US
- Develop and track critical variables to analyze and report on production performance.
- Analyze and implement known company best practices.
- Assist in performing troubleshooting of the production processes as required.
- Define, develop, and execute capital investment projects in support of the departmental equipment. Arconic Jobs Process Engineer US
- Assist in improving operator and maintenance technician level of knowledge on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Be willing to participate in external training opportunities, including hydraulics fundamentals, basic PLC troubleshooting, OEM equipment specific training, and other identified training opportunities.
- Be willing to assume a leadership role within the assigned department to set and maintain standards of operation and safety.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering/Technology from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting

- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.
