General Responsibilities:
Field Supervisors are responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. To include ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. This is a standing post & driving post, with constantly patrolling of the Terminal, Ramp, Cargo Area. SALARY: $27.23/hr.

- Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
- Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
- Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.
- Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
- Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy
- Represent ABM by participating in client briefings and communicating with Client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations.
- Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
- Maintain daily shift report for managers.
- Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required).
- Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels. ABM Field Supervisor Jobs US
- Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Conduct Safety and Quality audits.
- Work with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety, security, and quality of the operation.
- Ensure front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

- Valid 8 hours annual in-service training certificate 16 hours OJT certificate
- Valid State Driver License
Experience:
- Three years of Supervisor experience preferred.
Overall:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen.
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable)
