The role of a Business Development Manager in the field of protective packaging involves strategic planning, relationship building, and driving growth within the packaging industry.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Job Specifications
Knowledge
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Bachelor degree in related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines
