Position Summary
The Receptionist – Administration is responsible for directing Orlando Support Campus guests (OSC), in person, over the telephone, and/or through e-mail, to the appropriate areas throughout the Orlando Support Campus. Essential Responsibilities
- Support the Transportation operation with instructional guidance, transportation scheduling and dispatch JetBlue Company Remote Jobs US
- Greet and direct all incoming visitors to the appropriate meeting locations throughout the Orlando Support Campus
- Answer the corporate telephone line for the Orlando Support Campus
- Maintain common student “public” areas and ensure a neat and clean environment
- Support the Training Sales team customers by gathering customer information, verifying required documentation, processing and tracking said information
- Support other OSC departments as approved by Crewleader
- Support new hire orientation experience tasks as assigned
- Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, etc.
- Provide all OSC customers with a hospitable experience
- Develops and maintains manuals for respective role and review on an annual basis

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- One (1) year of customer service/sales experience
- Able to operate a switchboard with a minimum of twelve (12) telephone lines
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently and clearly

- Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
